Herculase II Fusion DNA Polymerases

The Herculase II fusion DNA polymerase produces superior yields with extension times as short as 15 sec/kb (see Figure), even with genomic DNA targets up to 12kb. Herculase II fusion DNA polymerase helps overcome PCR challenges with successful amplification of targets of all complexity. It will easily amplifies targets that contain as high as 84% GC content. Herculase II is a critical component of the SureSelect protocol.
